Micro marketing agency

Give your lifecycle program
an engine built to scale.

Where real human and AI meet. Retention programs built with senior judgment and run on an agentic engine that keeps execution moving around the clock. You get the thinking of a senior lead and the output of a full team, without the agency overhead.

Agentic loops through the entire engine.

Common Ground builds agentic processes across all three arms of lifecycle: strategy, technical, and creative. A repeatable playbook is what lets the work move with speed and scale.

ConnectedAI wired across the full range of your lifecycle program, not bolted onto one task.
RefinedModels tuned to your brand: voice, segments, guardrails, and what good looks like for you.
PlaybookedSkills, rules, templates, and documentation added as we go, so every rep gets faster than the last.

A specialist sits on top of that engine, partnering with you on where resources are best deployed to maximize engagement and profit.

Your team of one

A traditional agency bills you for headcount. A micro agency bills you for one senior specialist who scopes your program and runs it. AI handles what a bench of juniors used to. There's always a human at the wheel.

Two ways to work together.

The AI Setup

Your lifecycle stack wired for agentic work: MCP connections into your ESP and data tools, model configuration tuned to your brand voice, and the guardrails that keep it safe. Walk away with a working system, not a slide deck.

The Strategist

Senior lifecycle strategy and execution, plugged into your brand month to month. Scope and pricing custom to your program: from advisory hours to the fully run engine.

Fluent across the stack.

The engine plugs into the tools you already run.

Kaylyn Kuehn, founder of Common Ground

The human at the wheel.

I'm Kaylyn. I've spent 12+ years inside lifecycle and retention marketing, building and running programs in-house across every major ESP, and learning the same lesson at every brand: retention breaks when the experience stops matching the promise.

Common Ground is how I work now. One strategist with an agentic engine, doing the work a full team used to.

Client
“Kaylyn tested our team's funnel optimization hypotheses regarding user intent and the personalization that resonates with our members. She audited what we had, rewrote and redesigned the journeys, and built them herself in ActiveCampaign. Having one person with strength across that range meant we were able to move quickly, which matters in our startup environment.”
Jess MuseIlant Health
Manager
“Kaylyn brought a level of strategic thoughtfulness that went well beyond her role, especially across retention and winback. She never settled for the obvious answer and was always pushing the strategy forward in smart, meaningful ways. The feedback from every team she worked with was consistent and clear: Kaylyn makes the work better.”

Questions, answered.

What kinds of brands do you work with?

Any brand with customers worth keeping. Most of my career has been in health, wellness and DTC, and the fundamentals carry across subscription, commerce, education and B2B: know who your customers are, reach them at the right moment, and give them a reason to come back.

We already have an in-house CRM team. Can you still help?

Yes. I can run the program end to end, or layer in wherever your team needs support, from strategy to technical builds to extra hands on execution. Either way, I plug into your team and the tools you already use.

Do you handle copy, design and execution, or just strategy?

All of it. I write copy that sounds like your brand, and I build, QA and launch the work in your platform. On design, we partner to build a design library: a system of on-brand modules and templates that lets us produce strategic assets quickly and in volume.

Which platforms do you work in?

Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign and Attentive, plus data and commerce tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau, Recharge, Skio, Yotpo and Typeform. The engine plugs into what you already run, and if you're planning a move to a new platform, I provide migration support too.

How is pricing set?

Pricing is set per project, based on your program and what you need. Book a call and we'll scope it together.
